Electronic Music Videos

Interesting Videos

I don't really watch many music videos but the videos that are here are shining examples of good videos. They're here because they're either fun or clever or something that I've never seen before. Hopefully you enjoy them too.

Links last freshened up on 04/14/05.

Like these videos, then maybe you'll like the ones on my non-electronic music videos page too.

Mocean Worker "Shake Ya Boogie" - A fun retro style animated video for a fun song.

frame from 'Pro-Test' Skinny Puppy "Pro-Test" - This video has some of the craziest break dancing I've ever seen, and I was surprised by the krumping at the end of the video.

frame from 'Galvanize' The Chemical Brothers "Galvanize" - The first time I saw this video I thought it was pretty weird. I still do, but the krumping is interesting, and I love the choreography at the end with the synchronization between the bass drops and the punches.

The Chemical Brothers "The Test" - To say this video is a trip would be stating the obvious. My favorite scene is the one with the fluorescent jellyfish. [Murray's comment about the video: "That was pretty cool! It was a risk going into the whale's mouth. I'm glad it worked out for her."]

The Supermen Lovers "Starlight" - Great computer generated video. Hopefully I'll find a better link for this in the near future.

Adam Freeland "We Want Your Soul" - How often do you hear electronic music with a message? Well this video helps delivery that message, and it's pretty spiffy to boot. (I think I'm going to buy it...)

Futureshock "Late at Night" - Some pretty cool break dancing action in this one. If you're looking for some action this is a good video to watch.

Tiga "Hot in Herre" - Puppets!

Mr. Scruff "Sweetsmoke" - Pie. Mmm... pie. This video reminds me of the everyday happenings of Weebl, and sometimes Weebl's friend Bob.

Markus Nikolai "Bushes (Norman Cook Remix)" - The video is an interesting interpretation of the subject of the song. I love the chick who gets on all fours.

Basement Jaxx "Where's Your Head At?" - Strange video, but it's still a good song. If your connection speed is good enough you'll see the little singing monkeys. (I hope you see them and it wasn't just me.)

Basement Jaxx "Romeo" - If you like Bollywood, then you might find this video entertaining for longer than the two minutes I found it entertaining. If you're not familiar with Indian film, this is your chance to marvel at the horror and wonder which is Bollywood.

Funki Porcini "Rockit Soul Music" - A very well put together video using edited '70s space flight footage.

Wagon Christ "Receiver" - Another animated video, but with a Beetles "Yellow Submarine" style.

Mr. Scruff "Get a Move On" - Animated with a very simple style, but very cool and fun.

Mr. Oizo "Flat Beat" - Video starring a hot dog smoking Flat Eric. It's the best.

Mr. Oizo "Analog Worms Attack" - Strange video and an even stranger song, but the song grows on you after a couple of listens.

Fatboy Slim "Weapon of Choice" - Fatboy Slim and Christopher Walken. How could you possibly lose?

Fatboy Slim "The Rockafeller Skank" - Nothing says fun like afros.

Fatboy Slim "Praise You" - So weird it's compelling.

The Chemical Brothers "Let Forever Be" - This video is a trip and a half.

Moby "Run On" - It's more like run backwards, but it's fun stuff.
